바쁘다 ➩ 바ㅃ + 아= 바빠

【When the vowel before 「으」 is other than「ㅏ/ㅗ」 】
들르다 ➩ 들ㄹ+ 어 = 들러
쓰다 ➩ ㅆ+ 어 = 써
